Where any of these things effective? Did any of these programs reduce obesity, improve health? Just curious if any of these intiatives actually worked. Or is being effective not really the point? Or is it more important to be 'doing something'? Never mind whether it works or not. I'm confused here. Nice self-congratulatory recitation of all the wonderful things done to help the rising tide of obesity.
