Kay--That you're on Marion's site is a good sign. Go to her topic, "Eat Less, Move More," and, if nothing else, eat more fruits and vegetables!!!

I am going to sound like an echo chamber of Marion, but stay away from the inner aisles at the grocery store. Inner aisles bad, outer aisles good.

Start reading the labels of the packaged foods you buy--no one's going to kick you out of the grocery store for reading labels. As you read, you'll begin to get a better idea of what is in the groceries you are putting into your body. Then you can make better informed decisions about what you're paying for the foods you buy.
