For all the mess - to say nothing of the deaths and illnesses - caused by the contamination, we&#039;ll finally see some real changes in favor of consumer protection. Of course, as you always point out, we have to remain attentive to ensure that commercial interests don&#039;t exert more than their fair share of influence on the final outcome.
