The science program from CBC (in Canada) Quirks and Quarks aired a comprehensive look at current trends, technologies and controversies in modern fish farming. The program addressed a number of issues from feeding fish to environmental health. There are many background facts that helps to put the topic of aquaculture in a more full light.
The full program is 52 minutes and the aquaculture segment runs about 35 minutes. The link to the full program and segment are here: http://www.cbc.ca/quirks/archives/09-10/qq-2010-06-19.html
