Rome: FAO Future of Food conference

I’m speaking at an international symposium on the Future of Food, June 10 and 11, at the Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome.  The symposium schedule is here.  My talk, on “Building Consumer Confidence in Food Systems” is from 11:30 – 12:00, followed by a panel discussion.  FAO is at Viale delle Terme di Caracalla.  The talks will be webcast.
