I’m keynoting the Healthy Futures Summit at the University of Minnesota’s 75th Anniversary Celebration: Keynote: “The Future of Food: Policy, Community Engagement, and Education with Dan Buettner (Blue Zone) in honor of Henry Blackburn, now marking his 65th year as a researcher and administrator in the School of Public Health.  This will be at 8:15 a.m. at the McNamara Alumni Center on the Twin Cities campus of U.
