I’m speaking at a panel to launch the late Joy Santlofer’s Food City, for which I wrote the Foreword. This will be at the Museum of Food and Drink, 62 Bayard, Brooklyn. The panel also includes Joy’s husband, Jonathan Santlofer and Cindy Lobel. It begins at 6:30.
I’m doing a panel discussion on The Politics of Food at the Smithsonian’s food history weekend. The panel will be moderated by Dan Charles of NPR. Warren Belasco and Adrian Miller are co-panelists.
